For nearly two decades, I’ve been designing software in transportation, healthcare, media, energy, and insurance.

I specialize in redesigning existing business and supervision tools. I look for the pattern behind the request, and try to spot recurring problems users face. My job is to find a logic, and build a scalable product.

My collaborative approach allows me to align technical and business teams around a shared product vision. I formulate concrete recommendations and design principles I hand back (component libraries, interaction patterns, decision rules for edge cases) become something a whole team can build from consistently.

The throughline across nearly 20 years and 100+ projects: complex, high-stakes systems made legible enough that the person operating them can act with confidence instead of hesitation. That’s the outcome I’m designing for, whether the user is a pilot, a video streaming platform operator, or a technician watching a server room at 2 a.m.
